Return Policy


General Merchandise 

General Merchandise items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging with tags attached. 

Clearance 

Clearance and Final Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges may be made at the discretion of management.  

Course Materials 

Course Materials may be returned within 5 class days of the first week of the quarter. Students making add/drop changes to their courses may return course materials within 10 class days of the quarter, provided the following conditions are met: 

  • Textbooks: Must be in the same condition as when purchased. New textbooks must remain shrink-wrapped or unread. Used Textbooks must have no water damage or excessive writing. Specific quarter dates are listed at the register each quarter.  

  • Bundles (Textbooks & Access Codes): Must remain unopened, and the access code must be unused.  

  • Access Codes: Must be unused and not previously activated. 

  • Day 1 Digital Access (D1DA): D1DA is available at no cost through the second week of the quarter. Opt-out deadlines are communicated to students through their preferred email address listed in ctcLink.  

All returns may be subject to management discretion and approval.
